Columbia’s Leading Antisemite

Columbia University Apartheid Divest, or CUAD, is responsible for the pro-Hamas “Gaza Solidarity Encampment” that led to hundreds of arrests on the Columbia campus and criticism of rampant antisemitism on a national scale.

CUAD’s latest letter demanding divestment from the university lists the groups that make up the coalition, including Student Workers of Columbia.

Grant Miner is President of the Student Workers of Columbia Executive Board.

That means Miner is part of a group that backs “‘armed resistance’ by Hamas,” according to the New York Times. It is also a group that withdrew an apology it made on behalf of a member who said that “Zionists don’t deserve to live.” CUAD even recently called for Hamas to “besiege” Israeli and American embassies.

CUAD supports terrorists, and as a co-signer, Student Workers of Columbia under the leadership of Grant Miner, does as well.

Columbia University’s failure to confront antisemitism head-on has led to uncontrollable escalation. Now, the administration must hold these individuals accountable and apply standard policies to prevent this hatred from continuing to thrive on campus.
